-What's your uptime?
During the last years we always had an uptime above 99.8%. In the 2010 we upgraded all our systems to achieve better speed and reliability.

-What are your safety measures?
Other than the best firewall settings, our EnsimPro system has an High Security installation for every domain, this means that if a customer faces a security issue with his scripts an hacker can take control of the customer's domain, but he won't be able to take control of other domains on the same server. This is a primary choice for a quality service. We also have a daily backup of our websites.

-What type of connectivity do you have?
The servers are in Colt (in a telecom's web farm) in Turin and with one of the best italian connectivities.

-How do I register a new domain?
It's easy, right after the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the form that needs to be filled in, with all the details and the domain's name.
After that:
a) If the domain is .it you will receive the filled in LAR via email. You have to sign it and send us back via email or via FAX (0245503097)
b) If the extension is different, you will automatically be registered and online within 48 hours.

-How do I transfer a domain that already exists?
Right after the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the form that needs to be filled in for the transfer.
After that:
a) If the domain is .it you will receive the filled in LAR via email. You have to sign it and send us back via email or via FAX (0245503097)
b) if the domain is .com, .net, .org you have to ask your provider to unlock the domain and generate the Auth Code, usually there is an automatic command in the domain's control panel.
c) If the domain is .eu, .fr or a recent .it you will receive a mail of tranfer request. To accept click on the link. Our staff will contact you via email to guide you through the transfer process (we will set up the mailboxes and mount your already existing website for free if requested).

-Why are you specialized in PrestaShop?
Our technical manager is Disarci, very active on the italian forum for over 3 years, we know PrestaShop really well and we took part to every public and private meeting to make the server work at its best. We think that prestashop is the most important ecommerce software.

-Do i have access to my files?
Of course, ours is a "classic" hosting, so you will have the access to all your folders via ftp and ssh and you will be able to check and modify any file. PrestaShop's pre-installation service is a simple service that we offer to our customers to help them using the program.

-I already have PrestaShop on another domain or local.
Instead of installing PrestaShop, we can transfer yours for free and fully configure it on our servers, by means of ftp access to the old server, or simply you can send us a zip file containing the whole program and the database's backup. We do this before the transfer or at the exact moment. The website won't be offline, not even a minute.

-How can I renew?
In your order area click on renew, or choose a pack and type the domain name, it will recognize it as a renew.

-How do i transfer a domain?
When you complete the order you will have to choose "transfer" in the domain tab. After that, an email will ask you for details.
For example: for .it and .com you will need the Auth Code for the transfer.

-I bought a shared pack but I need more bandwidth.
Simply contact us via ticket and we will send you an offer to switch to the chosen pack counting only the remaining months.

-I already have installed PrestaShop on another hosting but it doesn't work well / i'm not statisfied.
After the order, you can send us a zip file containing the whole PrestaShop folder and the database backup. Or you can send us the access data and we will take care of the transfer for free and it will be exactly like it were on the old server.

-I already prepared a local version of PrestaShop, how can I use it?

-What version can I ask to install?
We are active PrestaShop partners, we have every version, so you can pick an older version if you want, just tell us which one you prefer and you will have it installed.

-I need to edit files, can I do it from you?
Of course, you will have complete access via ftp (or ssh at request) and you'll be able to edit files by yourself. You can also create an ftp account and give it to a technician to do a job and delete it afterwards.

-Do I need to install other packs?
We install joomla, wordpress and drupal for free, but you can install any pack you want, create databases and assign folder permissions.
